Abstract
Wireless sensor networks are the networks that sense the surroundings and yield certain results. A Sensor is a Device that measures a physical quantity and converts it into a signal which can be read by an observer or by an instrument WSN could be applicable in various fields and applications. A Sensor Node that is capable of Sensing Information, Processing (on-board), communicating to nodes in the network. WSN are applicable in IT, biometric, medical, geographical, environmental, health and various other applications. WSN player a major role in importing the network to various areas where there is no network provider. WSN acts as an ISP where there is a need to enhance the network WSN’S are applicable in diagnosing the patients, verification of their health status and properly advising them with a correct medication etc. WSN helps to improve the radio cognitive spectrum coverage area by placing a number of sensors over the terrestrials. WSN has a capability to group a number of independent networks in to an individual network group and provide an efficient access and control over the network.
